On 1/27/26 at 3:38 a.m. in the 7500 block of Fair Oaks Loop SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jayce Devin Butler, 52, on suspicion of reckless endangerment.

On 1/27/26 at 9:45 a.m. in the 2300 block of Bush Avenue NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Michael Kennedy, 47, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

On 1/27/26 at 2:54 p.m. in the 18900 block of Jare Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard William Castleman, 53, on suspicion of third-degree rape.

On 1/27/26 at 3:12 p.m. in the 8500 block of Mahonia Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Lee Roberts, 30, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/27/26 at 12:33 a.m. in the 2800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Steven J. Buhrmester, 61, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 1/27/26 at 2:13 a.m. in the 1600 block of Bigelow Avenue NE, police arrested Michelle M. Halvorsen, 61, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) property damage.

On 1/27/26 at 3:20 p.m. in the 5000 block of Woodbine Drive SW, police arrested Marshall Christopher McKenna, 39, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 1/27/26 at 8:41 p.m. in the 900 block of Adams Street SE, police arrested Haylie Mae Lovell, 22, on suspicion of 1) second-degree criminal trespass, and 2) violation of exclusion order.

On 1/27/26 at 8:50 p.m. in the 900 block of Adams Street SE, police arrested Grady Earl Bedell, 53, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

On 1/27/26 at 8:52 p.m. in the 900 block of Adams Street SE, police arrested Michael Jamie Cornett, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/27/26 at 10:26 p.m. in the 1900 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, police arrested Keri Joann Lincoln, 63, on suspicion of assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 1/27/26 at 6:38 p.m. in the 200 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Nelson H. Lopez, 44, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/27/26 at 10:01 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Johnathon Michael Berry, 34, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
