On 7/14/26 at 9:18 p.m. in the area of Flying J Travel Center, sheriff’s deputies arrested Erica Dawn Cunningham, 39, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/14/26 at 3:01 a.m. in the 4200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Leo Johnson, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/14/26 at 3:33 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Kathryn Andrews Quinn, 44, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/14/26 at 4:52 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested James Keefe Rice, 58, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/14/26 at 10:18 a.m. in the 600 block of Devoe Street SE, police arrested Joe Vaughn Johnson, 38, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) first-degree arson, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 4) resisting arrest.

On 7/14/26 at 10:56 a.m. in the 700 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested Treyton Lambert Carter Sulcer, 32, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) harassment.

On 7/14/26 at 5:54 p.m. in the 800 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Justus RD Crofton, 32, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/14/26 at 11:08 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Kyle Scott Elliott, 41, on suspicion of 1) obstructing an officer, 2) misdemeanor warrant, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 7/14/26 at 1:28 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Luis A. Estes, 34, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/14/26 at 9:54 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Douglas William Lohman, 53, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
