On 7/22/25 at 4:12 a.m. in the 5500 block of Donnelly Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kathryn Andrews Quinn, 43, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

On 7/22/25 at 3:56 p.m. in Thurston County Correction Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Lee Samlock, 54, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) harassment.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/22/25 at 8:38 p.m. in the 1100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Leah F. Morano, 40, on suspicion of harassment, 2) disorderly conduct, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/22/25 at 2:09 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Alan Carlton Lee, 57, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 7/22/25 at 3:08 p.m. in the 2200 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Nicholas Alan McCreary, 23, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) harassment – threats to kill.

On 7/22/25 at 11:56 p.m. in the 1500 block of College Street SE, police arrested Kaylah E. Riley, 18, on suspicion of second-degree malicious mischief.

On 7/22/25 at 8:59 a.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Tawnya Rose Bryant, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 7/22/25 at 12:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Thomas J. Frye, 34, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

On 7/22/25 at 12:57 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Amber Dawn Tock, 41, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 7/22/25 at 2:35 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Cathy Jean Awtry, 65, on suspicion of violation of exclusion order.

On 7/22/25 at 3:03 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Justin Dale Bennor, 39, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/22/25 at 4:18 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Kevin James Gunter, 40, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/22/25 at 10:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of Limited Lane NW, police arrested Jed Ediah Werdahl, 44, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/22/25 at 11:00 p.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Abshir M. Hassan, 38, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/22/25 at 4:47 p.m. in the 10100 block of Terra Valley Street SE, police arrested Robert D. Ferguson, 41, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) second-degree driving while license suspended.
