On 7/7/26 at 11:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodland Loop SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Dwayne Cullens, 45, on suspicion of 1) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, 2) theft of a firearm, 3) second-degree malicious mischief, 4) first-degree burglary, 5) second-degree assault, and 6) second-degree vehicle prowl.

On 7/7/26 at 2:30 p.m. in the 18000 block of Leitner Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Austin Earl Foster, 20, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 7/7/26 at 5:08 p.m. in the 4000 block of 120th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Keith Allan Aslakson, 51, on suspicion of 1) indecent exposure, and 2) second-degree criminal trespass.

On 7/7/26 at 8 p.m. in the 8400 block of 13th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Julian Charles Kristian Beacon, 35, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 7/7/26 at 8:44 p.m. in the 5600 block of Red Alder Drive NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamison Scott Unger, 51, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 7/7/26 at 11:01 p.m. in the area of Tommy’s Tavern, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kristine Marie Shannon, 36, on suspicion of 1) resisting arrest, and 2) violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 7/7/26 at 12:17 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Jason Lee Luther, 55, on suspicion of second-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 7/7/26 at 4:32 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Isiah Jimmy Unok, 28, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 7/7/26 at 6:03 a.m. in the 1700 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Kenneth Ray Eubanks, 38, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 7/7/26 at 6:22 a.m. in the 1900 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, police arrested Marylou L. Boles, 35, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

On 7/7/26 at 12:29 p.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Cameron Christian Davis, 24, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 7/7/26 at 2:58 p.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue SE and Water Street SE, police arrested Darrius Lamar Hill, 32, on suspicion of violation of exclusion order.

On 7/7/26 at 4:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of Evergreen Park Court SW, police arrested Jerry Eugene Wilson, 31, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) fourth-degree assault, 3) residential burglary, and 4) interference with emergency call.

On 7/7/26 at 4:47 p.m. in the 800 block of 5th Avenue SE, police arrested Phillippe Raul Goeke, 20, on suspicion of harassment.

On 7/7/26 at 5:19 p.m. in the 300 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Jayme C. Viamontes, 40, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 7/7/26 at 11:45 p.m. in the 1400 block of Fones Road SE, police arrested Zane A. Griffin, 27, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, and 2) simple assault.

On 7/7/26 at 5:11 a.m. in the 1800 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Chelsea C. Canola, 33, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/7/26 at 9:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Yelm Avenue W and Rice Street SW, police arrested Kendall Marie Phillips, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance without prescription, 2) use of drug paraphernalia, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/7/26 at 10:59 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Joseph RC Frost, 41, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.
