On 6/03/25 at 12:40 a.m. in the 3000 block of Puget Meadow Loop NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Levi Austin Frakes, 27, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of short-barreled rifle, and 2) unlawful possession of explosives without a license.

On 6/03/25 at 4:57 a.m. in the 3000 block of Puget Meadow Loop NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles E. Fields, 26, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of short-barreled rifle, and 2) unlawful possession of explosives without a license.

On 6/03/25 at 1:00 p.m. in the area of 140^th / Tilley Road, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Michael Swim, 42, on suspicion of 1) unlawful delivery of a controlled substance synthetic narcotic, 2) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 3) maintain a vehicle or premises for drug trafficking, and 4) second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

On 6/03/25 at 3:45 p.m. in the Court House, sheriff’s deputies arrested Wayne George Curry, 64, on suspicion of first-degree manslaughter.

On 6/03/25 at 9:25 p.m. in the 10200 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lara Catherine Daley, 43, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

Lacey Police Department

On 6/03/25 at 9:59 a.m. in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Justin Dean Cutsinger, 26, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/03/25 at 3:17 p.m. in the 4500 block of 6^th Avenue SE / College Street SE, police arrested Rochelle Lee Schneberger, 41, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/03/25 at 4:05 p.m. in the 3800 block of 14^th Avenue SE, police arrested Brandon Lee Jipson, 26, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, 2) harassment, and 3) interfering with reporting of a domestic violence.

On 6/03/25 at 6:04 p.m. in the 4500 block of 26^th Loop SE, police arrested Melissa M. Lowrie, 42, on suspicion of 1) first-degree trespassing, and 2) resisting arrest.

On 6/03/25 at 4:08 a.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Howard Dion Uhlman, 55, on suspicion of offenses in public.

On 6/03/25 at 10:00 a.m. in the 300 block of Solberg Street NW, police arrested Sharon R. Houser, 59, on suspicion of harassment – threats to kill.

On 6/03/25 at 2:36 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Thomas Henry Garrard, 56, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 6/03/25 at 3:12 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Victor J. Valdez, 52, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 6/03/25 at 9:30 p.m. in the 16700 block of State Route 507, police arrested Joshua Frank Hottinger, 28, on suspicion of 1) carrying a pistol, and 2) driving under the influence.
