On 6/23/26 at 9:27 p.m. in the 7900 block of Verona Loop SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Nathanial Wertz, 23, on suspicion of first-degree child molestation.

On 6/23/26 at 4:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Hector Manuel Villicana, 35, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

On 6/23/26 at 5:48 a.m. in the 400 block of College Street SE, police arrested Steve J. Delgado, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/23/26 at 8:19 a.m. in the 900 block of Carpenter Road NE, police arrested Benjamin RW Butler, 47, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

On 6/23/26 at 11:59 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Michael James Ferguson, 38, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 6/23/26 at 2:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Elijah Wayne Reinhart, 23, on suspicion of 1) theft, and 2) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.

On 6/23/26 at 4:09 p.m. in the 8500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Claudia Karina Alvarez-Mojica, 31, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 6/23/26 at 1:15 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Cory Jonathan Awtry, 34, on suspicion of theft.

On 6/23/26 at 1:33 p.m. in the 500 block of 11th Avenue SE, police arrested James Ryan Underwood, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 6/23/26 at 7:46 p.m. in the 1200 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Ricky Ryan Howard, 30, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 6/23/26 at 11:40 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested William Wiley Stone, 38, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 6/23/26 at 12:47 a.m. in the 500 block of Cleveland Avenue SE, police arrested Leneyah Nicole Frost, 26, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

On 6/23/26 at 10:44 p.m. in the 500 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Anne Marie Petersen, 62, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Yelm Police Department

On 6/23/26 at 10:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Solberg Street NW, police arrested Sharon R. Houser, 60, on suspicion of violation or anti-harassment order.

On 6/23/26 at 7:46 p.m. in the 11400 block of Vail Road SE, police arrested Robert John Crittenden, 64, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
