On 03/21/23 at 11:30 a.m. at the State Capitol, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryan Kelly Benson, 34, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) domestic violence, and 3) motor vehicle theft.

On 03/21/23 at 7:23 p.m. at Mazama St SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryan Michael Phillip Martinson, 42, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

On 03/22/23 at 1:15 a.m. at Brenner Rd NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryan Cody Thomas Seehaver, 27, on suspicion of violating no-contact order for domestic violence.

On 03/22/23 at 1:30 a.m. at 600 Blk Sleater Kinner Rd SE , police arrested Edgar Mariscalo-Avila, 33, on suspicion of 1) two counts of voyeurism and 2) criminal trespassing.

On 03/22/23 at 1:03 p.m. at 300 Blk Kenyon St NW, police arrested Travis Duval, 27, on suspicion of 1) malicious mischief, 2) fourth-degree criminal mistreatment, and 3) reckless endangerment.
