On 3/3/26 at 12:50 a.m. in the 2200 block of Perimeter Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Toby Lynn Bishop, 36, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

On 3/3/26 at 2:26 a.m. in the 3500 block of 7th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Quinn Andrew Riggs, 55, on suspicion of 1) first-degree criminal impersonation, and 2) possession, use of controlled substance.

On 3/3/26 at 5:53 a.m. in the 9900 block of Steilacoom Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Bryan Treadwell, 58, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

On 3/3/26 at 5:53 a.m. in the 9900 block of Steilacoom Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Glenn Solomon Iyall, 39, on suspicion of 1) possession, use of controlled substance, 2) first-degree criminal impersonation, 3) third-degree theft, and 4) third-degree possession of stolen property.

On 3/3/26 at 6:43 a.m. in the 20000 block of Kuper Court SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested India Tamia Pillow, 39, on suspicion of 1) reckless endangerment, and 2) aiming or discharging firearm.

On 3/3/26 at 1:50 p.m. in the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, sheriff’s deputies arrested Elliot Micah Torres, 42, on suspicion of first-degree possession of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

On 3/3/26 at 10:15 p.m. in the area of Martin Way E and Pattison Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Frank Lee Ford, 42, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic, 2) possession of controlled substance ― prescription, and 3) possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 3/3/26 at 11:20 p.m. in the 20100 block of Blair Lane SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Tristan Hewitt, 23, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 3/3/26 at 11:32 p.m. in the 9800 block of Channel Drive NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua David Avara, 28, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

On 3/3/26 at 9:44 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Tanner James Lunsford, 27, on suspicion of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.

On 3/3/26 at 10:00 a.m. in the 200 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Corinne Leigh Carstens-Mills, 44, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 3/3/26 at 2:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Aurora Rose Murphy, 41, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/26 at 4:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of 22nd Avenue SE, police arrested William Edward Wilson, 77, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/3/26 at 6:25 p.m. in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Malisa A. Forshaw, 39, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/26 at 12:05 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested William J. Simpson, 59, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/26 at 3:46 a.m. in the 500 block of Rhoton Road NW, police arrested Falisha Ann Lewis, 40, on suspicion of 1) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/26 at 2:58 p.m. in the 10500 block of McKenna Road SE, police arrested Wesley S. Morgan, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/26 at 5:48 p.m. in the 16400 block of Port Orford, Boulevard SE, police arrested Maria T. Valdez, 42, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 3/3/26 at 9:26 p.m. in the 400 block of Creek Street NE, police arrested John Benjamin Casavant, 39, on suspicion of 1) second-degree possessing stolen property, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, 3) use of drug paraphernalia, and 4) making/possessing motor vehicle theft tools.
