Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 3/31/26 at 12:30 p.m. in the area of IHOP Olympia, sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher John Reinhold, 47, on suspicion of 1) first-degree extortion, 2) second-degree theft, 3) harassment, 4) second-degree vehicle prowl, 5) eluding a police vehicle, 6) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic while armed, 7) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and 8) second-degree assault.

On 3/31/26 at 8:28 p.m. in the 9900 block of Jones Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel Ariana Ibarra, 51, on suspicion of violation of protection order.

On 3/31/26 at 9:44 p.m. in the 10700 block of Littlerock Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Sobrina Tirzah Singh, 31, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 3/31/26 at 11:27 p.m. in the 11100 block of Bald Hills Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ajay Turner Irwin, 23, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, 2) driving under the influence, 3) resisting arrest, and 4) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Lacey Police Department

On 3/31/26 at 12:33 a.m. in the 4200 block of 6th Avenue SE, police arrested Nicole Jenai Phair, 47, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/31/26 at 1:59 a.m. in the 5000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Kenneth Paul Patterson, 40, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) ignition interlock required, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/31/26 at 11:08 a.m. in the 800 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Christopher Morales Zambrano, 26, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/31/26 at 5:09 p.m. in the 8000 block of North Bicentennial Loop SE, police arrested Charles E. Taylor, 46, on suspicion of harassment.

On 3/31/26 at 12:26 a.m. in the 3300 block of 21st Avenue SW, police arrested Kyle Owen Lima, 37, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 3/31/26 at 8:56 a.m. in the 500 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested Jamie D. Feugate, 39, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 3/31/26 at 9:19 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested Valentine Solorio Carrillo, 33, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/31/26 at 3:18 p.m. in the 2900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Lee Jacob Furtwangler, 36, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Yelm Police Department

On 3/31/26 at 3:52 p.m. in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jesse W. Eubanks, 40, on suspicion of 1) use of drug paraphernalia, 2) dangerous knives, and 3) offenses in public.
