Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 11/04/25 at 2:30 a.m. in the area of I-5 and Trosper Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Lee Thompson, 40, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 11/04/25 at 5:07 p.m. in the 4100 block of Autumn Line Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Ray Miller, 48, on suspicion of 1) violation of no contact order, and 2) resisting arrest.

On 11/04/25 at 8:47 p.m. in the 1600 block of Sleater Kinney Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexis Marie Dunkin, 33, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 11/04/25 at 11:40 p.m. in the 18600 block of Old Camp Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lindsey Lorraine Hoepner, 35, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 11/04/25 at 3:47 a.m. in the 5600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Andres M. Morningstar Solis, 46, on suspicion of theft.

Olympia Police Department

On 11/04/25 at 7:47 p.m. in the 2100 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, police arrested Xiomara Mercedes Rosas Del Moral, 35, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 11/04/25 at 9:52 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Terra Nicole McFarland, 36, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 11/04/25 at 11:16 p.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested John Stephen Gertsch, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 11/04/25 at 1:59 p.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Grant Eugene Farrell, 50, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 11/04/25 at 7:07 p.m. in the 16500 block of State Route 507, police arrested Gabriel Edward Fresnares, 24, on suspicion of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) second-degree criminal trespass.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
