Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 11/14/23 at 11:00 PM in the O’Reilly Auto Parts, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Burke, 45, on suspicion of 1st degree identity theft.

On 11/14/23 at 4:51 PM in the 5000 block of Cushman Road NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Zachary Cushman, 39, on suspicions of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) possession/use of controlled substance, 3) no contact order violation and 4) protection order violation.

Lacey Police Department

On 11/14/23 at 2:59 AM in the 2400 block of Gateway Boulevard NE, police arrested Jose Carmen Ibarra Moreno, 22, on suspicion of 2nd degree driving with license suspended.

On 11/14/23 at 9:36 AM in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Hector M. Villicana, 32, on suspicion of 1st degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 11/14/23 at 11:33 AM in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Jackson Walter, 39, on suspicion of exclusion order violation.

On 11/14/23 at 2:36 PM in the 200 block of 9th Avenue SE, police arrested Jackson Walter, 39, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 11/14/23 at 2:29 PM in the 600 block of Columbia Street SW, police arrested Daniel C. De Villers, 23, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 11/14/23 at 11:56 PM in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Matthew Collin Hickerson, 28, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 11/14/23 at 9:49 PM in the 500 block of 103rd Avenue NE, police arrested Kristopher Wayne Demint, 21, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.
