On 10/14/25 at 2:45 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Elias Francisco Vargas, 35, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance in a correctional institution.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/14/25 at 10:46 p.m. in the 5900 block of Danials Loop SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Mathew Paul Ohare, 47, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/14/25 at 3:35 a.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way E and Lilly Road SE, police arrested Dylan Ian Collis, 24, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, 2) obstructing an officer, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/14/25 at 4:13 a.m. in the 3400 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Micheal Clarence Trueblood, 24, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) obstructing an officer.

On 10/14/25 at 7:43 p.m. in the 4500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jesse Michael Rose, 33, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 10/14/25 at 11:52 p.m. in the 700 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested John J. Fesler, 45, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) first-degree burglary.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/14/25 at 12:36 a.m. in the 1300 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Billy Jacob Wray, 41, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 10/14/25 at 10:42 a.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Victor A. Colocho Pimentel, 34, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 10/14/25 at 9:54 a.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Leroy Ray Reyes, 63, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
