On 10/28/25 at 1:01 a.m. in the 8000 block of Meridian Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shawn Philip Luras, 50, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) second-degree rape, 3) second-degree attempted assault, and 4) unlawful imprisonment with sexual motivation.
On 10/28/25 at 3:15 a.m. in the area of Martin and Hensley, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua C. Hood, 31, on suspicion of physical control.
On 10/28/25 at 6:12 p.m. in the 7000 block of Old Highway 101 NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lonnie Ray Boe, 55, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 10/28/25 at 8:04 p.m. in the area of Littlerock Road SE and 110th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Melonie Jo Glenn, 49, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) reckless endangerment.
On 10/28/25 at 9:10 p.m. in the 7400 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Edward Lee Haggins, 56, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

On 10/28/25 at 1:20 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Cody Douglas Southard, 23, on suspicion of 1) theft – shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/28/25 at 12:42 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Jessie Marie Evans, 34, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
On 10/28/25 at 12:43 a.m. in the 2900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jeremy A. Hanson, 48, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
On 10/28/25 at 6:27 a.m. in the 600 block of Pattison Street SE, police arrested Jammal Rengiil, 30, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 10/28/25 at 3:41 p.m. in the 1500 block of Bishop Road SW, police arrested Beau J. Brennan, 53, on suspicion of second-degree malicious mischief.

On 10/28/25 at 9:32 a.m. in the 500 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Clarence Mathew Allen, 42, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 10/28/25 at 2:07 p.m. in the 9500 block of Longmire Street NW, police arrested Colleen Elise McCombs, 38, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
On 10/28/25 at 5:30 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Jinger Shanburn, 38, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, 2) use of drug paraphernalia, and 3) first-degree criminal trespass.
