Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 10/6/26 at 2:35 a.m. in the area of Old Pacific Highway and Pacific Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rafael Mario Alegria, 25, on suspicion of 1) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver cocaine while armed, 3) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver mushrooms while armed, 4) attempted theft of motor vehicle, and 5) first-degree criminal impersonation.

On 10/6/26 at 4:26 a.m. in the area of Old Pacific Highway and Pacific Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Auroralyn Graciela Ferre, 29, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, 2) attempted theft of motor vehicle, 3) second-degree vehicle prowl, and 4) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 10/6/26 at 9:30 a.m. in the 4500 block of Libby Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Rick Clegg, 46, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) violation of domestic violence no contact order, and 3) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 10/6/26 at 11:10 a.m. in the Juvi, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kaevion Contez Hart, 17, on suspicion of 1) first-degree attempted assault, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver cocaine, 3) second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and 4) reckless endangerment.

On 10/6/26 at 12:26 p.m. in the 1400 block of Magnolia Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Royal Fesenbek, 29, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 10/6/26 at 4:24 p.m. in the area of SOW DSHS Community Services Office, sheriff’s deputies arrested Katherine Marie Sumpter, 36, on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/6/26 at 6:10 p.m. in the 2200 block of Kildane Way SE and Whitmore Drive SE, police arrested Thomas Allen Rohleder, 64, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) hit and run attended.

On 10/6/26 at 10:10 p.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Vitaliy A. Babets, 35, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) first-degree driving while license suspended.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/6/26 at 10:23 a.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street N, police arrested Jimmy Ray Parks, 31, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.  

 An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
