On 9/23/25 at 1:28 a.m. in the 700 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Ethan Journey Schiltz, 37, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) possession of dangerous weapons, 3) criminal trespass, and 4) violation of exclusion order.
On 9/23/25 at 10:22 a.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Abdulaziz Sultan E. Alorabi, 30, on suspicion of second-degree malicious mischief.
