On 9/02/25 at 2:42 a.m. in Thurston County Corrections Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested Zachary Paul Davis, 35, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance in correctional institution.

On 9/02/25 at 11:18 a.m. in the 2400 block of 46th Avenue NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joel Mark Alan Cain, 47, on suspicion of 1) physical control, and 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic.

On 9/02/25 at 5:00 p.m. in the 21000 block of Hobson Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Allen Tuttle, 45, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.

Lacey Police Department

On 9/02/25 at 2:03 a.m. in the 2500 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Richard Bryan Northness, 30, on suspicion of 1) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 9/02/25 at 12:23 p.m. in the 5600 block of Corporate enter Lane SE, police arrested Joshua P. Schmidt, 46, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/02/25 at 12:41 p.m. in the 400 block of 400 block of College Street SE, police arrested Scott James Gurley, 39, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/02/25 at 1:19 a.m. in the 4000 block of Normandy Court SE, police arrested Lisa R. Potter, 63, on suspicion of 1) violation of protection order, 2) resisting/obstructing, 3) failure to obey officer, 4) first-degree driving while license suspended, and 5) ignition interlock required.

On 9/02/25 at 2:42 a.m. in the 3900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Zachary Paul Davis, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/02/25 at 9:07 a.m. in the 2700 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Paris Rashaud Fields, 32, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 9/02/25 at 1:22 p.m. in the 7900 block of Verona Loop SW, police arrested Zhyion F. Dayton, 18, on suspicion of anti-harassment order violation.

On 9/02/25 at 3:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested Ralph David Stone, 42, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of legend drugs, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 9/02/25 at 5:55 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bishop Road SW, police arrested Jeremy Walter Thomas, 43, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 9/02/25 at 12:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jose Daniel Paz Cresencio, 38, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/02/25 at 8:30 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Stephanie Marie Amell, 45, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
