Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 4/27/22 at 8:23 p.m. at the Polo Club Apartments, Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Thomas Branham, 32, on suspicion of violating a no-contact order.

On 4/27/22 at 3:11 p.m. in the 1300 block of Wakeman Ct, Sheriff's deputies arrested Breanna Leighanne Sweeney, 20, on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

On 4/27/22 at 11:22 a.m. in the 4100 block of Fir Tree Road, Sheriff's deputies arrested James Dale Vansyckle, 60, on suspicion of 1) assault in the fourth degree and 2) violation of criminal harassment no-contact order.

Lacey Police Department 

On 4/27/22 at 1:56 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Ave SE, police arrested Brian Edward Justus, 36, for an out-of-town warrant. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 4/27/22 at 4:30 a.m. in the 3300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Suzanne C Christiansen, 53, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 4/27/22 at 7:42 a.m. in the 8000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Toni Rae Emery, 33, on suspicion of 1) driving with a suspended license and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days. 

On 4/27/22 at 12:11 p.m. in the 100 block of Olympia Ave NE, police arrested Maddison Rose Hope, 35, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 4/27/22 at 1:02 p.m. in the 100 block of Olympia Ave NE, police arrested Maddison Rose Hope, 35, on suspicion of failure to comply. 

On 4/27/22 at 2:39 p.m. in the 100 block of State Ave NE, police arrested Ian D Clark, 47, on suspicion of criminal trespassing. 

On 4/27/22 at 4:23 p.m. in the 300 block of Washington St NE, police arrested Steven Dennis Olive, 38, on suspicion of criminal trespassing. 

On 4/27/22 at 7:08 p.m. in the 300 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Curtis Lee Ball, 27, on suspicion of failure to comply.

Tumwater Police Department 

On 4/27/22 at 3:18 p.m. in the 5800 block of Capitol Blvd S, police arrested Matthew A Tyndall, 38, for an out-of-town warrant and on suspicion of violation of protection order. 

On 4/27/22 at 4:00 p.m. in the 6000 block of Capitol Blvd S, police arrested Frank Jonathan Taylor, 30, for an out-of-town warrant. 

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
