On 2/23/22 at 8:00 p.m. on Martin Way E, Sheriff's deputies arrested James Michael Counts, 38, on suspicion of 1) assault in violation of an order prohibiting contact, 2) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and 3) burglary in the first degree.

On 2/23/22 at 3:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Pattison St SE, police arrested Corey L Kennedy, 34, on suspicion of driving without a license.
On 2/23/22 at 6:16 a.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Julia R Kimbrel, 29, on suspicion of theft-shoplifting.
On 2/23/22 at 9:00 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Carl Patrick, 57, on suspicion of failure to comply.
On 2/23/22 at 10:17 p.m. in the 7800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested William Edward Avery, 38, on suspicion of 1) violation of domestic violence protection order and 2) driving with a suspended license.
An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
