At 11:23 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast, police arrested Harrison M. Rutherford-Smith, 29, on suspicion of third degree theft.

At 6:28 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Cleveland Avenue Southeast, police arrested Brittany M. Walley, 28, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

At 5:12 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue West, police arrested John D. Knowles, 53, on suspicion of second-degree theft.
