Olympia Police Department

At 1:44 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest, police arrested Warren C. Belford, 35, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 6:17 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Division Street Northwest, police arrested Joseph W. Farmer, 26, on suspicion of making threats to kill.

At 9:08 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Elijah V. West, 34, on suspicion of failure to appear in court.

At 9:38 p.m. Wednesday in the 3300 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Eliot P.J. Duran, 30, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.

Lacey Police Department

At 2:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Sleater Kinney Road, police arrested Kevin L. Siverson, 44, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 2:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 4800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Jedediah J. Rush, 39, on suspicion of shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

At 10:59 a.m. Wednesday in the 7600 block of Old Highway 99, police arrested Zachary E. Miller, 36, on suspicion of second-degree burglary and first-degree malicious mischief.

Yelm Police Department

At 1:27 a.m. Wednesday in the 10500 block of Creek Street Southeast, police arrested Kayla L. Podbielan, 26, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

At 6:02 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue West, police arrested Patricia J. Rios Campos, 20, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 11:29 p.m. Wednesday in the 16400 block of Railrway Road Southeast, police arrested Joel M. Espinoza, 19, on suspicion of driving without a license.

Tenino Police Department

At 10:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Sussex Avenue East, police arrested Timothy A. Lawhead, 55, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
