On 12/17/25 at 2:36 a.m. in the 13300 block of Marksman Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Russell Fowe, 63, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

On 12/17/25 at 2:20 p.m. in the 5400 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Ian Forrest Strawn, 43, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 12/17/25 at 9:18 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Ryan Robert Brooks, 30, on suspicion of contempt of court order.
On 12/17/25 at 3:48 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Emmanuel Garcia Gomez, 40, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/17/25 at 7:22 p.m. in the 3500 block of Mary Elder Road NE, police arrested Bradley R. Williams, 35, on suspicion of criminal trespass.
On 12/17/25 at 8:51 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Juvenstino Plascencia Arevalo, 45, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 12/17/25 at 8:26 a.m. in the 16800 block of State Route 507, police arrested Chris Ryan Hirst, 35, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance ― morphine and heroin and 2) use of drug paraphernalia.
On 12/17/25 at 8:22 p.m. in the 500 block of Rhoton Road NW, police arrested David Eugene Langston, 27, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 12/17/25 at 8:43 p.m. in the 16400 block of State Route 507, police arrested Patrick R. Cantu, 36, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
