On 12/31/25 at 1:18 a.m. in the 8900 block of Barberry Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Zachary D.E. Tucker, 18, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) third-degree assault, 3) fourth-degree assault, and 4) resisting arrest.
On 12/31/25 at 5:19 p.m. in the 2400 block of Hogum Bay Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rebecca Kay Jones, 55, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) possession, use of controlled substance.
On 12/31/25 at 5:19 p.m. in the 2400 block of Hogum Bay Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Christina Letia Sayler, 35, on suspicion of 1) vehicular homicide, 2) vehicular assault, 3) driving under the influence, and 4) possession, use of controlled substance.
On 12/31/25 at 5:30 p.m. in the area of TCSO jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Victor Ivan Agashkov, 41, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.
On 12/31/25 at 7:55 p.m. in the 2800 block of Vantage Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen James Wibbels, 39, on suspicion of 1) reckless endangerment, and 2) unlawful discharge of a firearm.
On 12/31/25 at 11:00 p.m. in the area of Sexton and Steamboat Island, sheriff’s deputies arrested Tamma Lee Popkes, 58, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) driving under the influence.
On 12/31/25 at 11:51 p.m. in the area of Carpenter Road SE and Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lucas Parker Shipler, 41, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 12/31/25 at 1:02 a.m. in the 1600 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Jack W. Marney, 52, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/31/25 at 5:18 p.m. in the 4300 block of Freemont Street NE, police arrested Deandre L. Stalling, 39, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Yelm Police Department
On 12/31/25 at 11:43 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Michael Jay Wilson, 40, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
