On 1/22/25 at 12:40 a.m. in the 5600 block of 180th Lane SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Casey Layne Joyce, 22, on suspicion of a protection order violation.

On 1/22/25 at 1:00 a.m. in the 2300 block of Lashi Street SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Lee Mitchell, 46, on suspicions of 1) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 2) possession of stolen firearm, and 3) possession, use of controlled substance.

On 1/22/25 at 3:55 a.m. in the area of Old Highway 99 SE at Tilley Road S, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kaiser Kashani Morgan, 22, on suspicion of no contact order violation.

On 1/22/25 at 11:48 p.m. in the area of Interstate 5 MP 104, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Dubiel, 46, on suspicion of possession of legend drug/intent to sell.

Lacey Police Department

On 1/22/25 at 8:34 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Nathaniel Paul Grant, 34, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/22/25 at 2:54 a.m. in the 100 block of Legion Way SW/Capitol Way S, police arrested Regina R. Attaway, 42, on suspicions of 1) possession of dangerous weapons, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) ignition interlock required.

On 1/22/25 at 10:46 p.m. in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Shane Wesley Baird, 49, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 1/22/25 at 2:34 p.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Miguel A. Gonzales, 33, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 1/22/25 at 3:54 a.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Austin G. Oplinger, 30, on suspicion of offenses in public.

On 1/22/25 at 5:06 a.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Tammy Elizabeth Balint, 50, on suspicion of offenses in public.

On 1/22/25 at 7:18 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony Tyler Pilege, 33, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/22/25 at 11:20 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Jackson Scott Standley, 20, on suspicion of 1) reckless endangerment, and 2) reckless driving.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
