On 7/1/26 at 3:41 a.m. in the 19900 block of Grand Mound Way SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Tracy Dean Feeser, 35, on suspicion of first-degree assault, and 2) unlawful imprisonment.

On 7/1/26 at 9:46 a.m. in the Nisqually Tribal Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Johnnie Lewes Thomas, 39, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/1/26 at 8:05 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Victor A. Colocho Pimentel, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/1/26 at 3:05 p.m. in the 5200 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Fredrick M. Austin, 35, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, 2) harassment, and 3) malicious mischief.

On 7/1/26 at 9:05 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Shamarah Marie Mumford, 42, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/1/26 at 2:13 a.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Mathew Douglas Gaines, 23, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/1/26 at 3:39 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue E and Washington Street NE, police arrested Thomes Edward Ludvigsen, 65, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) ignition interlock required, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/1/26 at 12:21 p.m. in the 3300 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Angela Nicole Garback, 46, on suspicion of 1) urinating in public, and 2) false statement to public servant.

On 7/1/26 at 5:51 p.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Brady Andrew Bearse, 19, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 7/1/26 at 10:18 p.m. in the 400 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Lucacs James Davis, 43, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 7/1/26 at 10:21 p.m. in the 900 block of Burr Road SE, police arrested Jairo L. Cisneros, 34, on suspicion of first-degree burglary.

On 7/1/26 at 8:26 p.m. in the 6100 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Jasper Jon Ritter, 29, on suspicion of 1) first-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/1/26 at 12:44 a.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Kamden L. Sommerville, 18, on suspicion of driving under the influence.      

On 7/1/26 at 10:21 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Victor A. Colocho Pimentel, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/1/26 at 8:18 p.m. in the 15700 block of Coates Avenue SE, police arrested Robert Edward Arnestad, 41, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) violation of ignition interlock license.

On 7/1/26 at 8:28 p.m. in the 10300 block of Bridge Road SE, police arrested Wesley S. Morgan, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
