On 7/23/25 at 11:50 a.m. in the 35100 block of 92nd Avenue McKenna SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bret Eugene Welling, 28, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault with child enhancement.
On 7/23/25 at 1:58 p.m. in the 9600 block of Espirit Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Gloria Castro, 36, on suspicion of third-degree assault of a child.
On 7/23/25 at 2:56 p.m. in the 18800 block of Elderberry Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Garrett Michael Cuff, 34, on suspicion of violation of a protection order.
On 7/23/25 at 9:15 p.m. in the 4000 block of Black Lake Boulevard, sheriff’s deputies arrested Connor Joseph Wallace, 32, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/23/25 at 2:59 p.m. in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Jose Henry O. Ayala Membreno, 32, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) reckless endangerment.
On 7/23/25 at 7:29 p.m. in the 3100 block of Impala Drive SE, police arrested William A. Engle, 39, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.
On 7/23/25 at 10:38 p.m. in the 6300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Krista R. Zornacki, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 7/23/25 at 11:50 p.m. in the 4200 block of 3rd Avenue SE, police arrested Zachery Kyle Howell, 39, on suspicion of 1) first-degree criminal impersonation, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/23/25 at 2:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of 20th Avenue SE, police arrested Isaiah Kane P. Ramie, 28, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) assault, 3) harassment – threats to kill, and 4) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
On 7/23/25 at 4:54 a.m. in the 3600 block of Plummer Street SE, police arrested Igor None Dos Santos, 26, on suspicion of simple assault.
On 7/23/25 at 7:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Navina Kapoor, 27, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, 2) criminal trespass, and 3) obstructing an officer.
Yelm Police Department
On 7/23/25 at 7:06 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested William Fredrick Treat, 62, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, 2) first-degree criminal trespass, and 3) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.
