On 7/30/25 at 2:03 a.m. in the area of Martin Way E / Mary Elder Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Devin Brian Fouts, 31, on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.
On 7/30/25 at 10:17 a.m. in 6400 block of 198th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested John Perry Clark, 29, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
