On 3/26/25 at 1:37 p.m. in the 10500 block of Old McKenna Road SE, police arrested Craig Richard Dow, 37, on suspicions of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days, and 3) failure to show proof of financial liability.
