On 10/01/25 at 1:39 p.m. in the 8000 block of Prather Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Carrie Jean Anderson, 57, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 10/01/25 at 3:40 p.m. in the 6500 block of 193rd Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Katherine Elizabeth Anderson, 24, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 3) possession, use of controlled substance.

On 10/01/25 at 5:50 p.m. in the area of Rich Road and Rixie, sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Franklin Winslow, 43, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 10/01/25 at 6:56 p.m. in Thurston County Corrections Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Naithan Mast Boyet, 25, on suspicion of custodial assault.

On 10/01/25 at 10:03 p.m. in the area of MP 111 I5 S, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryker Allen Babcock, 30, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) felony harassment.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/01/25 at 12:11 a.m. in the 8200 block of Quinault Drive NE, police arrested Mike D. Hitesman, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 10/01/25 at 2:53 a.m. in the 8300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Nicholas Edward Novion, 41, on suspicion of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.

On 10/01/25 at 11:24 a.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Timothy M. Bogie, 33, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 10/01/25 at 12:52 p.m. in the 200 block of Carpenter Road SE, police arrested George None Roland, 62, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/01/25 at 8:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Alithea M. Folk, 29, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/01/25 at 2:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested Matthew Ryan Batterson-Ecton, 23, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) harassment – threats to kill, 3) first-degree burglary, 4) violation of order, and 5) resisting arrest.

On 10/01/25 at 9:47 a.m. in the 3400 block of Pacific Avenue SE and Fones Road SE, police arrested Tanner James Lunsford, 26, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/01/25 at 11:23 a.m. in the 10400 block of Walmart Boulevard SE, police arrested Barbara L. Schiebel, 42, on suspicion of 1) possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.
