Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 10/15/25 at 11:30 a.m. in the 3900 block of 19th Avenue NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Hancheng Xu, 48, on suspicion of first-degree possession of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

On 10/15/25 at 1:45 p.m. in the 17200 block of Rivendale Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Layton James Lasher, 30, on suspicion of second-degree arson.

On 10/15/25 at 2:58 p.m. in the 6100 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Logan Paul Brady, 19, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) attempted unlawful imprisonment.

On 10/15/25 at 4:52 p.m. in the area of Highway 510 and Old Pacific Highway, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bryan McKay Fleming, 47, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, 2) driving under the influence, 3) reckless driving, 4) disarming law enforcement or corrections officer, 5) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 6) resisting arrest.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/15/25 at 2:32 a.m. in the 6500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Robert Andrew Rowan, 41, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 10/15/25 at 12:52 p.m. in the 2900 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Jenna Mae Norris, 18, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 10/15/25 at 9:49 p.m. in the 4800 block of 51st Lane SE, police arrested Jacob Clifford Millikan, 32, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) malicious mischief.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/15/25 at 12:04 a.m. in the 1900 block of Harrison Avenue NW and Division Street NW, police arrested James D. Hass, 59, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

On 10/15/25 at 3:00 a.m. in the 2300 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Timothy Shawn O’Leary, 26, on suspicion of obstructing an officer.

On 10/15/25 at 11:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Chambers Street NE, police arrested Rochelle Lynn Holliday, 39, on suspicion of simple assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 10/15/25 at 9:44 a.m. in the 500 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Evan C. James Spirithawk, 30, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/15/25 at 7:48 p.m. in the 2200 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Carlos Reyes Reyna, 40, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

    Looking forward to a more detailed account of the incident yesterday at SR 510 and Old Pacific Highway. Sounds as if that could have blown up into something much worse.
