On 10/25/23 at 8:26 AM in the Grove Road SE/SR 507, Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Benjamin Casavant, 37, on suspicions of 1) residential burglary, 2) 2nd degree theft and 3) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 10/25/23 at 9:09 AM in the TCCF, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert William McMahan, 37, on suspicion of court order violation.

On 10/25/23 at 7:30 PM in the 1000 block of Marvin Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Krystal Dawn Moisey, 38, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 10/25/23 at 3:15 PM in the 2200 block of Old Port CT NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James William Symmonds, 77, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree assault, 2) 1st degree criminal impersonation and 3) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 10/25/23 at 12:13 AM in the 6500 block of 36th Avenue LN SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Damon Brook Ward, 21, on suspicions of 1) vehicular homicide, 2) reckless driving, 3) failure to transfer M.V. title within 45 days and 4) 2nd degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/25/23 at 1:05 AM in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Jeremy A. Hanson, 46, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/25/23 at 12:14 AM in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Daniel Gordon Wilson, 32, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree malicious mischief and 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 10/25/23 at 7:43 PM in the 900 block of Adams Street SE, police arrested Trevor Levi Bartley, 28, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 10/25/23 at 10:03 PM in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Eric B. Manning, 48, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 10/25/23 at 11:46 PM in the 100 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Dana L. Murray, 39, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.
