On 9/16/26 at 2:05 a.m. in the area of Plymouth Street NW and Harrison Avenue NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ali Ahmed Kainber, 24, on suspicion of 1) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and 2) driving under the influence.
On 9/16/26 at 4:00 a.m. in the area of Cooper Point Road NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Thomas Hall, 47, on suspicion of 1) possession, use of controlled substance, 2) possess legend drug without prescription, 3) possession of drug paraphernalia, 4) first-degree trafficking in stolen property, and 5) residential burglary.
On 9/16/26 at 6:48 p.m. in the 900 block of Hensley Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor James Lauderbaugh, on suspicion of second-degree reckless burning.
On 9/16/26 at 9:09 p.m. in the 10400 block of Mullen Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Keith Allen Powers, 49, on suspicion of residential burglary.
On 9/16/26 at 10:06 p.m. in the 6000 block of Gem Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brad Landon Weekley, 46, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/16/26 at 1:40 a.m. in the 900 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, police arrested Timothy Smith, 43, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/16/26 at 1:40 a.m. in the 900 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, police arrested Edward T. Weber, 62, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/16/26 at 7:26 p.m. in the 2800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Elias J. Severson, 49, on suspicion of second-degree arson.
Tumwater Police Department
On 9/16/26 at 12:00 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Eric C. Burson, 55, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) violation of no contact order.
On 9/16/26 at 2:32 a.m. in the 6900 block of Henderson Boulevard SE, police arrested Christopher Milton W. Bosarge, 29, on suspicion of 1) violation of anti-harassment/protection order, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.
