On 9/30/26 at 12:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Meixner Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lance David Caputo, 66, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 9/30/26 at 2:33 a.m. in the 16500 block of Village Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Wayne McHan, 23, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.
On 9/30/26 at 4:38 p.m. in the area of Abby Rowe Apartments, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Rafael Pantoja-Reyna, 19, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
Olympia Police Department
On 9/30/26 at 9:48 a.m. in the 700 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested Jose A. Villarreal, 45, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/30/26 at 10:54 a.m. in the 2800 block of Limited Lane NW, police arrested Curtis Allen Zeller, 37, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) harassment, 3) third-degree malicious mischief, and 4) reckless driving.
On 9/30/26 at 11:34 a.m. in the 300 block of Cooper Point Road NW, police arrested Thomas A. Glaspie, 65, on suspicion of harassment.
On 9/30/26 at 8:48 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Jasius Austin Marshall, 28, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/30/26 at 5:46 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Ruben Williams Ortiz, 34, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/30/26 at 1:02 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jimmy R. Parks, 31, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
