Olympia Police Department

Jonathom Drew Osier, 41, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of Martin Way East. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Jacob Allen Emmick, 41, was arrested around 1:40 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with driving under the influence and causing a hit-and-run accident.

Jerhed V. Putman, 28, was arrested around 6:40 p.m. in the 500 block of 5th Avenue Southeast. He was charged with property damage.

Britt M. Schubert, 56, was arrested around 8:25 p.m. in the 2100 block of Evergreen Park Drive Southwest. She was charged with assault.

Russchell L. Stewart, 45, was arrested around 10:39 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way East. She was charged with shoplifting.

James A. Delaney, 26, was arrested around 11:35 p.m. in the intersection of Eastside Street Southeast and 12th Avenue Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license and the absence of a required ignition interlock.

Lacey Police Department

Melanie Anne Mathisen, 19, was arrested around 8:32 p.m. in the 2200 block of Maxine Street Southeast. She was charged with violation of a protection order.

Tumwater Police Department

Joshua Dean Wilt, 41, was arrested around 4:24 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street Southwest. He was charged with violation of a protection order. 

Dawn Renee Benn, 60, was arrested around 9:20 p.m. in the 9000 block of Buttercup Street Southeast. She was charged with assault.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of burglary around 12:01 a.m. in the 7800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of burglary occurred around 2:24 a.m. in the 6800 block of Puget Beach Road Northeast in Olympia, around 4:22 a.m. in the 16500 block of Vail Loop Road Southeast in Rainier, around 8:03 a.m. in the 4400 block of 68th Avenue Northeast in Olympia, around 10:47 a.m. in the 21300 block of Bucoda Highway Southeast in Centralia, around 12:33 p.m. in the 1300 block of Paradise Court Southeast in Olympia and around 2:38 p.m. in the 14600 block of Case Road Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a water rescue around 9:31 a.m. in the 13600 block of Yelm Highway Southeast in Yelm.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of auto theft around 9:34 a.m. in the 500 block of Pattison Street Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of harassment around 11:39 a.m. in the 2100 block of Trosper Road Southwest in Olympia. Other calls of harassment were reported around 7:08 p.m. in the 5100 block of Stadium Lane Southeast in Olympia, and around 8:22 p.m. in the 12300 block of Waddell Creek Road Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 400 block of Summit Lake Shore Road Northwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident around 12:32 p.m. in the intersection of Libby Road Northeast and 81st Avenue in Olympia. Other car accidents occurred around 12:46 p.m. in the 7400 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia, and around 3:36 p.m. in the intersection of Old Highway 99 Southwest and US Highway 12 Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies assisted with a fire around 12:42 p.m. in the 18400 block of Ivan Street Southwest in Rochester. Deputies were called to assist with another fire around 2:59 p.m. in the 14000 block of Vail Cutoff Road Southeast in Rainier.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 2:15 p.m. in the 10000 block of Lookout Drive Northwest in Olympia. Another smoke investigation occurred around 3:28 p.m. in the 7600 block of Greenridge Loop Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a private vehicle fire around 2:33 p.m. in the 900 block of the Southbound Offramp of Maytown Road Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to an outdoor natural gas leak around 4:14 p.m. in the 7800 block of Walnut Road Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 4:54 p.m. in the 8600 block of Thuja Avenue Southeast in Yelm. Another theft occurred around 8:21 p.m. in the 7300 block of Holmes Island Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residential fire alarm around 5:33 p.m. in the 8000 block of Ellison Loop Northwest in Olympia.
