Olympia Police Department

Timothy Scott Harrison, 30, was arrested around 11:14 a.m. in the 3800 block of Martin Way East in Olympia. He was charged with malicious mischief.

Britney Lorene Ortiz, 27, was arrested around 11:19 p.m. in the intersection of Martin Way East and College Street Northeast. She had a warrant for her arrest that was issued from outside of Lacey.

Benjamen C. Avina, 41, was arrested around 11:04 p.m. in the 1500 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. He was charged with assault.

Lacey Police Department

Mario J. Delacruz, 40, was arrested around 12:13 a.m. in the 600 block of Golf Club Place Southeast. He was charged with malicious mischief.

Brandon M. Boyer, 30, was arrested around 12:40 p.m. in the intersection of Britton Parkway Northeast and Britton Gateway Roundabout. He was charged with reckless driving.

Tamm Gail Stavolone, 58, was arrested around 6:55 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast. She was charged with shoplifting.

Jude J. Flores, 29, was arrested around 10:47 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast. He was charged with shoplifting.

Vaughn Allen Bradsnyder, 33, was arrested around 11:01 p.m. in the intersection of Martin Way East and College Street Northeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Yelm Police Department

Maria E. Szabo, 20, was arrested around 1:26 a.m. in the 9200 block of Cullens Road Southeast. She was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jakob J. Nommensen, 35, was arrested around 6:55 p.m. in the 10100 block of Grove Road Southeast. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having a required ignition interlock.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary around 12:18 a.m. in the 2900 block of 41st Way Southeast in Olympia. Other burglaries in the area were reported around 9:34 a.m. in the 1000 block of Kingham Street Northeast in Olympia, around 11:06 a.m. in the 9700 block of Jones Road Southwest in Olympia, around 12:20 p.m. in the 8600 block of 36th Court Southeast  in Olympia, and around 4:24 p.m. in the 3600 block of 52nd Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of auto theft around 3:37 a.m. in the 300 block of Nenant Street North in Bucoda.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of trespass around 4:07 a.m. in the 6500 block of Martin Way East in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of DUI around 4:56 a.m. in the intersection of Steilacoom Road Southeast and Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 8:43 a.m. in the 19100 block of Huntington Street Southwest in Rochester. Other thefts occurred around 10:43 a.m. in the 1300 block of Old Highway 99 Southeast in Tenino, around 3:28 p.m. in the 100 block of Copper Wood Lane Southeast in Olympia, and around 3:43 p.m. in the 16500 block of Port Orford Boulevard Southeast in Thurston County.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a fireworks complaint around 9:17 a.m. in the 4900 block of Fir Tree Road Southeast in Olympia. Another fireworks complaint was reported around 2:12 p.m. in the 300 block of Gator Court Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 9:22 a.m. in the 5000 block of Johnson Point Road Northeast in Olympia. Other smoke investigations occurred around 7 p.m. in the 8700 block of Interstate 5 North, and around 7:11 p.m. in the 900 block of the Northbound off-ramp of Old Highway 99 Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident around 9:42 a.m. in the intersection of Boulevard Road Southeast and Yelm Boulevard Roundabout in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a robbery around 11:44 a.m. in the 21600 block of Clear Lake Boulevard North in Yelm.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of an arson around 1:56 p.m. in the 5300 block of Fir Tree Road Southeast in Olympia. A second call was reported around 8:55 p.m. in the intersection of the Chehalis Western Trail Southeast and Fir Tree Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a water rescue around 2:21 p.m. in the 3100 block of Steamboat Island Loop Northwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of malicious mischief around 2:57 p.m. in the 9700 block of 178th Way Southwest in Rochester. A second call of malicious mischief was reported around 9:42 p.m. in the 5800 block of Boulevard Extension Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a hit-and-run accident around 7:21 p.m. in the 400 block of Carpenter Road Southeast in Olympia.
