Olympia Police Department

Donnell Sebastian Shaw, 35, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with failure to appear in court.

Racheem Demetrius V. Hamilton, 44, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. in the 200 block of Legion Way Southwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Lacey Police Department

Chadwick Lawrence Meeker, 49, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. in the 1200 block of College Street Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Lacey. 

Sarah Marie Pitts, 31, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. in the 1100 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast. She was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia.

Tumwater Police Department

Maya Rose Siemers, 19, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 5400 block of Kensington Lane Southwest. She was charged with assault.

Tenino Police Department 

Alfred Scott Desmond, 54, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Sussex Avenue West. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Tenino.

Thurston County Sheriff's Office 

Sheriff's deputies responded to a death investigation around 12:29 a.m. in the 10900 block of Clark Road Southeast in Yelm. Another death investigation was reported at 3:31 p.m. in the 8600 block of Johnson Point Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff's deputies responded to  burglary at 3:05 a.m. in the 10800 block of Kennedy Creek Road Southwest in Olympia. Other burglaries were reported at 11:08 a.m., 11:13 a.m. and 11:34 a.m. in the 14900 block of Mcintosh Lane Southeast in Tenino. 

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of theft at 3:24 a.m. in the 6800 block of 11th Avenue Northeast in Olympia. Other thefts were reported at 11:23 a.m. in the 10300 block of 41st Trail Southeast in Olympia and at 2:53 p.m. in the 5200 block of 59th Court Southwest in Olympia. 

Sheriff's deputies responded to a residential fire alarm around 7:27 a.m. in the 16500 block of 110th Avenue Southeast in Yelm. Another call of a residential fire alarm was reported at 2:16 a.m. in the 9600 block of Evergreen Valley Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff's deputies responded to a car accident at 7:45 a.m. in the 2500 block of Carpenter Road Southeast in Olympia. 

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of harassment around 9 p.m. in the 8100 block of Ellison Loop Northwest in Olympia. Other incidents of harassment reported Tuesday occurred at 6:02 p.m. in the 1000 block of Neil Street Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of an outdoor natural gas leak at 1:36 p.m. in the intersection of Yelm Highway Southeast and Sydney Rose Court Southeast in  Olympia. 

Sheriff's deputies assisted with a fire around 2:29 p.m. in the intersection of Bordeaux Road Southwest and Mima Road Southeast in Olympia. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 3:08 p.m. in the 3600 block of Eagle Drive in Olympia. Another smoke investigation was reported at 9:08 p.m. in the intersection of 46th Avenue Southeast and Mullen Road Southeast in Olympia. 

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of a missing person around 8:17 p.m. in the 8100 block of Pearl Court Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of DUI around 10:17 p.m. in the 11500 block of Bald Hills Road Southeast in Yelm.
