Olympia Police Department

Eric Patrick Palladino, 29, was arrested in the 700 block of Columbia Street Southwest just before 5 a.m. He was charged with failure to appear. 

Tumwater Police Department

Chantelle Lurie Sargent, 37, was arrested around 10:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Israel Road Southwest in Tumwater. She had a warrant out for her arrest from Tumwater. 

Tenino Police Department 

Joshua Dale Cornwall, 35, was arrested around 9 p.m. in the 100 block of Central Avenue West in Tenino. He had a warrant out for his arrest from outside of Tenino.

Yelm Police Department

Kimberly Lynn Colvin, 43, was arrested around 6:11 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Street in Yelm. She was charged with eluding police. 

Lacey Police Department

Ruben L. Ziegler, 39, was arrested around 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road Northeast. He was charged with indecent exposure. 

Roy Andrew Day, 52, was arrested around 10:31 p.m. in the 1400 block of College Street Southeast. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and had a warrant out for his arrest outside of Lacey. 

Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary in the 19800 block of Old Highway 99 in Rochester around 3 a.m. Other burglaries reported Tuesday occurred 8400 block of Steilacoom Road Southeast in Olympia around 7:33 a.m., in the 17000 block of 161st Street Southeast in Yelm around 8:31 a.m., in the 9100 block of Steilacoom Road Southeast in Olympia around noon, in the 11300 block of Bald Hills Road Southeast in Yelm around 1 p.m., in the 6300 block of Leprechaun Lane Northwest in Olympia around 1:15 p.m., around 1:30 p.m. in the 9700 block of Yelm Highway Southeast in Olympia, around 3:45 p.m. in the 5800 block of 137th Lane Southwest in Rochester, around 4:12 p.m. in the 1000 block of Nepean Drive Southeast in Olympia, one in the 14400 block of Tilley Road South in Tenino around 8 p.m. and one in the 6500 block of Martin Way East in Olympia around 8:30 p.m.

Sheriff’s deputies assisted with a death investigation in the 5100 block of Pattison Lake Lane Southeast in Olympia around 5:22 a.m.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of malicious mischief in the 1900 block of Madrona Beach Road Southeast in Olympia around 8:05 a.m. Other calls of malicious mischief were reported around 10:24 a.m. in the 6300 block of Northill Drive Southwest in Olympia. 

Sheriff’s deputies assisted with a fire in the 17100 block of 110th Street Southeast in Yelm around 8:35 a.m. Other fires sheriff’s deputies were called out to on Tuesday include a residential fire in the 2000 block of 26th Avenue Northeast in Olympia around 9:12 a.m., in the 5800 block of 188th Avenue Southwest in Rochester around 5:13 p.m. and in the 3800 block of Sleater Kinney Road Northeast in Olympia around 11 p.m.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident in the 11200 block of 180th Lane Southwest in Rochester around 9:54 a.m. No one was injured. Other car accidents reported Tuesday include one in the intersection of Vail Road and State Road 507 in Yelm around 3:40 p.m., a hit-and-run accident on Highway 12 and Roseburg Street Southwest in Rochester around 3:45 p.m. and a hit-and-run accident 11000 block of Kuhlman Road Southeast in Olympia around 5:45 p.m., 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a theft in the 16200 block of Vail Road Southeast in Yelm around 11:15 a.m. Other thefts reported Tuesday include one in the 11600 block of 6th Avenue Southeast in Olympia around 5:45 p.m. and one in the 3600 block of 180th Avenue in Tenino around 7:30 p.m.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of harassment in the 2200 block of Pleasanton Court Southeast in Olympia around 1:11 p.m. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to an auto theft around 1:26 p.m. in the 8000 block of Bicentennial Loop Southeast in Olympia. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a runaway around 1:30 p.m. in the 3200 block of Yelm Highway Southeast in Olympia. Other reports of a runaway on Tuesday were called in around 9:40 p.m. 18100 block of Rice Lane Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a fireworks complaint in the 8000 block of Martin Way East in Olympia around 9:18 p.m.
