Olympia Police Department

Travis J. Schoepher, 37, was arrested around 12:52 a.m. in the 1500 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Trey E. Madigan, 29, was arrested around 1:22 a.m. in the 3300 block of Capital Mall Drive Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Zachary C. Halleen, 27, was arrested around 1:27 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southwest and Simmons Street Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license. 

Jae Ho Little, 39, was arrested around 2:16 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue East. He was charged with driving without a license.

Vinh Hoang Nguyen, 48, was arrested around 2:16 a.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. She was charged with driving without a license and the absence of a required ignition interlock.

Joel C. Hunter, 30, was arrested around 3:32 a.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. He was charged with failure to transfer a title within 45 days.

Joshua Curtus Carpenter, 39, was arrested around 7:37 a.m. in the 4500 block of Martin Way East. He was charged with possessing stolen property.

Claude Cecil Cavin, 21, was arrested around 10:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Courtside Street Southwest. He was charged with residential burglary and resisting arrest.

Jennifer Alexandria Smith, 21, was arrested around 11:58 a.m. in the 600 block of Courtside Avenue Southwest. She was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer.

James Edward Zilsdorf, 42, was arrested around 3:58 p.m. in the 1600 block of Cherry Street Southeast. He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Anthenien, 32, was arrested around 3:58 p.m. in the 1600 block of Cherry Street Southeast. She was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

Todd C. Lapp, 30, was arrested around 5 p.m. in the 400 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Curtis M. Sword, 42, was arrested around 7:49 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southwest and Deschutes Parkway Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Riley James Evans, 26, was arrested around 9:27 p.m. in the intersection of 4th Avenue East and Adams Street Northeast. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Bethany Katelyn Towner, 22, was arrested around 9:51 p.m. in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. She had a warrant for her arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia. According to the Police2Citizen database, the time was changed to 10:03 p.m., and at 10:04 p.m., pedestrian interference was added to her charges.

Christian Robert James Smith, 20, was arrested around 10:47 p.m. in the 1200 block of Frederick Street Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Lacey Police Department

Jessica W. Andres, 21, was arrested around 4:06 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northwest. She was charged with shoplifting.

Thalia Colleen Juarez, 27, was arrested around 9:19 p.m. in 14000 block of Galaxy Drive Northwest. She was charged with shoplifting.

Christopher Dean Mcleod, 31, was arrested around 9:43 p.m. in the 3900 block of 14th Avenue Southeast. He was charged with assault, harassment, burglary and violation of a no contact order.

Tumwater Police Department

Jazlyne R. Herron, 27, was arrested around 6:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Trosper Road Southwest. She was charged with trespass.

Yelm Police Department

Tanner Timothy James Harkin, 20, was arrested around 12:41 p.m. in the 14400 block of Lockwood Lane Southeast. He was charged with possession of sexually explicit material.

Thurston County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident around 12:33 a.m. in the 19700 block of Old Highway 99 Southwest in Rochester. Other car accidents in the area were reported around 12:59 a.m. in the 14600 block of Bald Hills Road Southeast in Yelm, around 6:08 a.m. in the intersection of 93rd Avenue Southwest and Interstate 5 South in Tumwater, around 7:09 a.m. in the intersection of Rainier Road Southeast and 86th Avenue Southeast in Olympia, around 10:08 a.m. in the intersection of Yelm Highway Southeast and Normandy Drive Southeast in Olympia, around 1:43 p.m. in the 5500 block of Day Crest Court Southeast in Olympia and around 2:30 p.m. in the 5600 block of Black Lake Belmore Road Southwest in Tumwater. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of trespass around 12:51 a.m. in the 8600 block of Mullen Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of burglary around 1:27 a.m. in the 17000 block of Canal Road Southeast in Yelm. Other calls of burglary were reported around 7:36 p.m. in the 6300 block of 198th Trail Southwest in Rochester, around 8:22 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pinebrook Drive Southeast in Olympia, and around 9:17 p.m. in the 3200 block of Cooper Point Road Northwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of assault around 8:14 a.m. in the intersection of Bald Hills Road Southeast and Smith Prairie Road Southeast in Yelm. Other calls of assault occurred around 8:32 p.m. in the 15300 block of Scenic Shores Drive Southeast in Yelm, around 9:16 p.m. in the 8000 block of Yelm Highway Southeast in Olympia and around 9:27 p.m. in the 21000 block of 173rd Avenue Southeast in Yelm.     

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of malicious mischief around 8:25 p.m. in the 9100 block of Steilacoom Road Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of malicious mischief were reported around 11:50 a.m. in the 2400 block of 73rd Avenue Southwest in Olympia, and around 2:42 p.m. in the 22400 block of Vale Court Southeast in Yelm.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of auto theft around 8:43 a.m. in the 21200 block of 173rd Avenue Southeast in Yelm.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 10:06 a.m. in the 9600 block of Interstate 5 North in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a missing person around 12:32 a.m. in the 8500 block of Steilacoom Road Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of a missing person were reported around 12:45 a.m. in the 10100 block of Stedman Road Southeast in Olympia and around 9:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of Clubhouse Lane Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call to keep the peace around 12:26 p.m. in the 12300 block of Morris Road Southeast in Yelm. Another call to keep the peace occurred around 2:34 p.m. in the 16500 block of Christian Lane Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a hit-and-run accident around 12:53 p.m. in the 6500 block of Alder Glen Drive Southeast in Olympia. Another hit-and-run accident was reported around 4:42 p.m. in the same block.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of DUI around 12:54 p.m. in the intersection of Moon Road Southwest and 170th Avenue Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 2:15 p.m. in the 22800 block of Piessner Road Southeast in Yelm. Another call of theft occurred around 4:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Delphi Road Northwest in Olympia.
