Lacey Police Department

Alejandro J.F. Rathbun, 22, was arrested around 6:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of College Street Southeast in Lacey. He was charged with driving without a license.

Sherryl Ann Bray, 54, was arrested around 11:23 a.m. in the 1500 block of Marvin Road Northeast in Lacey. She was charged with theft.

Tina A. Vance, 43, was arrested around 6:46 p.m. in the 5000 block of College Street Southeast in Lacey. She was charged with simple assault.

Olympia Police Department

Justin Dion Comas, 39, was arrested around 5:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest in Olympia. He was charged with robbery and had a warrant for his arrest issued from outside of Olympia.

Adam Lamar Fowler, 30, was arrested around 8:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with failure to appear in court.

Timothy Scott Harrison, 30, was arrested around 10:08 a.m. in the intersection of Martin Way East and Pattison Street Southeast in Olympia. He wa charged with driving with a suspended license.

Charles Anthony Engles, 36, was arrested around 2 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with a probation violation.

Matthew E. Martin, 34, was arrested around 7:40 p.m. in the 3700 block of Martin Way East in Olympia. He was charged with driving without a license.

Matthew E. Martin, 34, was arrested around 7:53 p.m. in the 3700  block of Martin Way East in Olympia. He had a warrant for his arrest issued outside of Olympia.

Tin Hoang Chau, 39, was arrested around 9:34 p.m. in the intersection of Lilly Road Southeast and Plummer Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with driving without a license.

Phillip Lamont Jenkins, 43, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southeast and Pear Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with a violation of order over two convictions. His entry on the Police2Citizen database was updated at around 11:19 p.m. to include possession of a controlled substance.

Steven J. Smith, 26, was arrested around 11:07 p.m. in the intersection of Plum Street Southeast and 4th Avenue East in Olympia. He was charged with driving without a license.

Yelm Police Department

Jacob Glenn Pate, 42, was arrested around 10:23 a.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue East in Yelm. He was charged with a violation of vehicle trip permits and driving with a suspended license.

Thurston County Sheriff

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of trespass around 12:24 a.m. in the 21500 block of Old Highway 99 Southwest near Centralia. A second call occurred around 4:14 p.m. in the 2500 block of Island Drive Northwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of eluding police around 1:52 a.m. on Northbound I-5 at Tumwater Boulevard Southwest in Tumwater.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a burglary alarm around 5:21 a.m. in the 5600 block of Forest Shores Drive Northwest in Olympia. Other calls of a burglary alarm occurred around 5:55 a.m. in the 2500 block of 180th Avenue Southeast in Tenino, around 6:42 a.m. in the 7800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia, around 11:46 a.m. in the 3600 block of 74th Avenue Southeast in Olympia, and around 8:22 p.m. in the 2100 block of Friendly Grove Road Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 8:16 a.m. in the 7200 block of Martin Way East in Olympia. Another call of theft occurred around 6:01 p.m. in the intersection of Martin Way East and Kinwood Street Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a commercial fire alarm around 10:08 a.m. in the 300 block of Ronlee Lane Northwest in Olympia. A residential fire alarm was reported around 6:59 p.m. in the 7500 block of Greenridge Street Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of harassment around 10:21 a.m. in the 9100 block of Wendy Drive Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of harassment occurred around 12:34 p.m. in the 2700 block of Alyssa Court Southeast in Olympia, and around 3:01 p.m. in the 8300 block of 15th Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a vehicle prowl around 10:31 a.m. in the 3100 block of 41st Way Southeast in Olympia. A second vehicle prowl was reported around 10:38 p.m. in the 8400 block of Rhondo Street Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call to keep the peace around 1:37 p.m. in the 1300 block of Stillwell Street Northeast in Olympia. A second call occurred around 3:28 p.m. in the same block.

Sheriff’s deputies were called to assist with a fire around 2:01 p.m. in the 5000 block of 89th Avenue Southeast in Olympia. Deputies were called to assist with a second fire around 8:13 p.m. in the 200 block of Summer Street North in Bucoda.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a commercial structure fire around 2:17 p.m. in the 8100 block of Sweetbriar Lane Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to an arson fire out around 2:47 p.m. in the 8100 block of Sweetbriar Lane Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of auto theft around 5:51 p.m. in the 10300 block of Martin Way East in Olympia.
