The Police Citizen’s Academy is a FREE course designed to provide residents with a broad understanding of local police services and the criminal justice system. Commissioned police officers and detectives participate as instructors, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the Police Department and hands-on learning experiences.
The program is FREE, registration is required.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or a high school senior, live/work in Tumwater, and have a clear criminal background check.
WHEN: 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Mondays and Thursdays, September 26 – October 27.
