Police seeking alleged Home Depot thief

Police are seeking a man who allegedly stole over $2,000 worth of items from Home Depot in Tumwater.

Tumwater Police Department said in a post that the alleged theft occurred on February 9, with the suspect last seen leaving Home Depot in a red SUV at 6:21 p.m.

Photos show the suspect wearing a black cap, dark blue jacket, and jeans on the day of the incident.

Tumwater police urged those who can recognize the man to contact Officer Hammon at 360-704-2740 or CrimeStoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477), and reference case number 2023-00247.
