Road closures at Willamette DR NE, Lacey 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 13 to 19 weekdays

Lacey is warning motorists of road closures along a section of Willamette Drive NE on the weekdays from Wednesday until next Thursday, April 19.

In a social media post by the city, Willamette Drive NE Traffic will be reduced to one lane each way between Borealis Court NE and Commerce Place Drive NE from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to allow city contractors to prepare for and connect new utilities for a new wastewater lift station. Temporary sidewalk closures with provided detour routes will be in effect as needed for safety.

“Lanes in each direction will be closed intermittently,” Lacey warned. “Flaggers will direct traffic at intersections.”
