Roadwork on Israel Road at Linderson Way in Tumwater

The traffic signal at the intersection of Israel Road SW and Linderson Way SW in Tumwater will be on flash mode on Monday, February 5 and Tuesday, February 6, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the city cautioned in a press release.

“This traffic restriction is necessary to complete work in the intersection as part of the Israel-Linderson Water Main Replacement Project,” the city explained, adding that the signals will be reset to regular operation at the end of each workday.

Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes while crews work on the curb ramps, sidewalks, and crosswalk equipment.
