Section of Franklin Street to be closed next week

Olympia Community and Planning Office rescheduled the closing of the A Avenue NE to Market Street NE section of Franklin Street to Tuesday, April 5, and Thursday, April 7, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Originally intended to be closed on March 29 and March 31, the closure will facilitate the use of a crane for the construction happening at the adjacent lot owned by the LOTT Wastewater Treatment Plant. Road signages will be put up for detour routes, although the Planning Offices advised avoiding the area if possible.
