The South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) is set to celebrate the year’s top community and technical college students.

This coming Thursday, April 25, SPSCC’s Lacey Campus will hold the 28th annual All-Washington (All-WA) Academic Team Ceremony, which will recognize 92 students across the state, all of whom are part of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

The All-WA Academic Team program lauds the finest college students from 34 community and technical colleges across Washington.

As stated by the university in the press release, these individuals have demonstrated a commitment to success in the classroom and in the communities in which they live.

At this year’s ceremony, a KeyBank scholarship and All-WA recognition will be given to the 92 students.

According to SPSCC, other special scholarships will be awarded at the ceremony. These include the WSECU Top 16, the Association of College Trustees scholarships, the New Century Transfer and Workforce scholarships, the Coca-Cola Academic Team scholarship, and more.

A live event stream can also be viewed starting at 12:30 p.m. on SPSCC’s YouTube channel.
