Suspect arrested after armed robbery of a bikini barista

The Thurston County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) arrested a male suspect involved in an armed robbery against a bikini barista in the Lacey area, it announced in a social media post.

Last November 6, a man robbed and pointed a gun at the barista and quickly fled the scene.

The victim called for help and identified the suspect to responding deputies during the course of the investigation.

TSCO conducted a sting operation, resulting in the suspect's capture.

“The male showed up on a stolen motorcycle and was in possession of a firearm. The male is a convicted felon,” TCSO stated.

The arrested suspect has been booked into the TCSO jail on several charges, including robbery in the first degree with a deadly weapon, burglary in the first degree, assault in the first degree, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
