Thurston County Sheriff's Office personnel arrested three people for allegedly trespassing on a property in close proximity to a firearms training site for law enforcement.

The incident happened off Waddell Creek Road on Monday, Nov. 14.

The three people were prowling a property when sheriff's office personnel were made aware of the situation and responded to the scene.

"Unfortunately for them, there were about 15 deputies and I down the road at firearms training. We all resonded and arrived on scene within minutes," said Sheriff Derek Sanders in a social media post.

He added, "The first suspect is a well known prolific auto thief, who was wearing a wig and hat trying to conceal his identity. He has multiple active felony cases and a felony warrant for criminal impersonation and ID theft."

The first suspect claimed he swallowed fentanyl before deputies arrived  and was taken to a local hospital before being transported to Thruston County Corrections Facility.

"The second suspect lied about her name and has a warrant out for burglary. The third suspect was in possession of fentanyl," Sanders said.

"The three suspects showed up in a green Honda CRV without any license plates. As it turns out, the owner of that vehicle called in to report their car as stolen from the movie theater in Olympia earlier today (Monday)."

The three suspects face charges ranging from criminal tresspass to possession of a stolen vehicle. The auto theft victims recover their car at the scene.

TCSO yet still can’t arrest criminals that break rcw state law violations in District Court or Superior Court process . Thurston County commissioners and judges are the laughing stock of why so many washingtonians are sueing the state for there illegal judicial conduct practices.
