Bidders conference set for Wed., Mar. 3

Thurston County Public Health and Social Services (PHSS) is soliciting requests for proposals for funding projects under the Office of Housing and Homeless Prevention, the Veterans Assistance Fund, and the Treatment Sales Tax fund. Total funds available are approximately $8,497,000, according to a Thurston County press release.

The Regional Housing Council will review the applications prior to presenting to the Thurston County Board of County Commissioners. PHSS is also soliciting applications on behalf of the City of Tumwater for the federal Community Development Block Grant program.  See related story. The Veterans Advisory Board will review applications prior to presenting to the Board of County Commissioners.
