Thurston Green Business awards presented for 2022

Close to 100 businesses applied for a Thurston Green designation this year and the community celebrated them at the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce's April Green Business Forum on Wednesday, April 13 at 11:00 am at the Olympia Hotel at Capitol Lake.

The event included a keynote address by Adrian J. Rodriguez, Puget Sound Energy’s (PSE) Senior Vice President, Regulatory and Strategy.

The Thurston Green project honored the following organizations for their outstanding sustainability efforts.

• Small Business of the Year – Capital Mall*
• Medium Business of the Year – Holy Lamb Organics*
• Large Business of the Year – Dancing Goats Coffee*
• Municipal – City of Tumwater*
