It was a nice sunny day, Monday, April 15, at the North Thurston High School softball field.  It was a cold and windy, but the game started at 4 p.m.

Head coach Lyndi Polanco coached the Timberline High School Blazers, and head coach Sam Hardy coached the NTHS Rams.

Timberline High School has always been a tough team to beat, with only one loss.

Blazers already had ten runs in the first four innings, and with only one run for NTHS, they could have stopped the game for the Blazers.

Pitchers Jasmyn Polanco for the Blazers and Rams pitcher #5 Paige Guyer made great plays. Sarah Halterman, back catcher, tagged out #12 Marley Miller, who was trying to steal home. Sarah Towne caught a hard-to-reach fly ball before it hit the ground.

They continued the game, with the Blazers scoring four more runs and NTHS managing two more runs, with a final score of 14-3.

Saihdee Trolson for the Rams did a great slide to home and so did  #11 Kayleese Dorfner for the Blazers.  It was a great game overall, with a win for the Blazers!
