Traffic disruptions at Israel Road and Linderson Way intersection in Tumwater tomorrow, Friday

Tumwater’s intersection at Israel Road and Linderson Way will have traffic disruptions and restrictions starting tomorrow, August 31 to Friday, September 1, from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

According to the city in a press release, traffic lights will be shut down and flaggers will be present to direct passing motorists through the following routes:

• Vehicles traveling east on Israel will only be able to turn right onto southbound Linderson.
• Vehicles traveling west on Israel will only be able to turn right onto northbound Linderson.
• Vehicles traveling north on Linderson will be able to go straight or turn right onto eastbound Israel.
• Vehicles traveling south on Linderson will be able to go straight or turn right onto westbound Israel.

“Please drive slowly through the work zone and comply with all instructions from flaggers,” the city cautioned. “Plan ahead and take alternate routes if possible.”
